Plastic Acorn Nuts

Plastic acorn nuts, also known as cap nuts, are dome-shaped nuts made from engineering plastics, designed to cover the exposed end of a bolt or threaded rod. Their primary functions are twofold: to provide a smooth, finished appearance that enhances product aesthetics, and to offer protection against accidental scratches, snags, or contact with live electrical terminals. These plastic acorn nuts are essential in consumer electronics, furniture, automotive interiors, and any application where safety and visual appeal are priorities.

Unlike metal nuts, product provide excellent electrical insulation, making them ideal for use in electrical enclosures, lighting fixtures, and wire management systems.
