Precision Materials for Accurate Alignment
Manufactured to ISO 898-1 Grade 10.9+, SAE J429 Grades 10.9/12.9, and GB/T 900 standards, the shoulder-type double-ended stud is made from 42CrMo or 35CrMo alloy steel. Heat treatment and precision shoulder grinding achieve strength grades 10.9–12.9, with tensile strength ≥1040 MPa and yield strength ≥940 MPa. Shoulder flatness is controlled to ≤0.01 mm, and perpendicularity is maintained within 0.02 mm/m to ensure precise positioning. Surface coatings such as Zn–Ni alloy or Dacromet provide ≥500 hours of salt spray resistance, suitable for demanding transmission environments.

Thread sizes range from M6 to M24, total lengths from 20 mm to 180 mm, shoulder diameters from 8 mm to 30 mm, and shoulder thicknesses from 2 mm to 10 mm. Thread lengths are customizable (typically 1.5d–2.5d). Cold forming and CNC grinding maintain tight tolerances (±0.02 mm) with smooth transitions to avoid stress concentrations.
